About dill
Dill has fine, feathery leaves and a fresh, slightly anise-like taste. It is a classic with salmon, cucumber and potatoes, and a favourite in Scandinavian and Eastern European cooking.
From harvest to pack
How we handle it
Dill is light and fragile. We handle it gently, cool it quickly and pack it so the fine leaves keep their shape and colour.
Depending on the season, our dill comes from our own greenhouses in the Netherlands or from selected, certified partner growers. Whatever the origin, every batch is checked against the same 5 Senses quality standard and is fully traceable.
- Cooled straight after harvest
