About sorrel
Sorrel has a fresh, sour taste that comes from natural oxalic acid. It brightens up fish sauces, soups and egg dishes, and young leaves are lovely raw in salads.
From harvest to pack
How we handle it
Sorrel is harvested with care, cooled straight away and packed in our facility in the Westland, so it reaches your kitchen or shelf as fresh as possible.
Depending on the season, our sorrel comes from our own Dutch cultivation or from selected, certified partner growers abroad. Whatever the origin, every batch is checked against the same 5 Senses quality standard and is fully traceable.
